This week words haven’t been flowing very easily so instead of forcing them I decided to do something different. I have been letting my inner child have a bit more say in how I spend my time and as a result I have no blog, but I go have some cool Lego. It would have been really easy to beat myself up about what I wasn’t doing, but instead I choose a different response and let myself move away from the critical voice and towards my joy. I reminded myself that the world wouldn’t end if I didn’t write something and that there is always something to be gained in being creative (even by following instructions).
